If you aren’t in the practise of using an electric toothbrush already, we recommend you start using them immediately. It is a good practise to brush your teeth for two consecutive minutes using an electric toothbrush.

  3. Use Hydroxypatite Toothpaste

One of the major contributors to our immune system is the oral microbiome. The usage of mouthwash or toothpaste that have a high content of alcohol in them has the potential to damage the health of our oral microbiome. This primarily due to the presence of components such as triclosan or other anti-bacterial ingredients in them. It is due to these factors, that we recommend the usage of hydroxypatite toothpaste, as they have lower quantity of bactericidal than flouride.

Food items that are high in starch content can result in the formation of acid in our mouth that may well lead to softening or weakening of the tooth surface. The longer our teeth is exposed to this acid, the more prone to weakening our teeth becomes. We recommend to avoid processed food entirely to avoid such a circumstance. In addition, following a more popular diet plan such as Paleo Diet could also encourage healthy gum and teeth.

Maintaining your dental kit in a preserved state is very critical keep your teeth free of infection. We recommend that you could keep your dental kit, including toothbrush and floss immersed in a mixture of mouthwash and hydrogen peroxide, so it remains free of virus transmittance.
